TERMS OF SERVICE

Assumption of Risk. I understand that scavenger hunt activities could include indoor and outdoor activities on, around, or near Austin, particularly within proximity to the flowing waters of the Colorado River and on its shores and within its floodplains. This includes but is not limited to walks on public sidewalks, streets, crosswalks, and trails, as well as activities in various public and private property settings, wherein there could be mosquitoes, bees, ticks, poison ivy, unleashed animals, as well as slippery, jagged, and uneven surfaces, in addition to other dangers and risks such as drowning. I also understand that outdoor activities are exposed to the weather and may occur in the rain. 

I understand that the risks associated with the scavenger hunt could result in injury and/or death. I hereby assume these risks. I understand that Forklift Danceworks is not liable for any injuries or other occurrences due to indoor and outdoor activities or foreseen or unforeseen risks, and/or the actions or omissions of any of their owners, directors, officers, partners, employees, contractors, performers, volunteers, or any other entities being released including property owners.

Media Release. I understand that while participating in this activity, I may be photographed and/or recorded. I agree to allow my photo, video, or audio likeness as captured by hired photographers and videographers - and/or uploaded in the Goosechase app - to be used for any legitimate purpose by the activity holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns. If I wish to rescind permission, I may contact the organizer.

BY PROCEEDING WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE SCAVENGER HUNT, I CERTIFY THAT I FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS VOLUNTARY WAIVER RELEASES FORKLIFT DANCEWORKS, AND THEIR OWNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, PARTNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PERFORMERS, VOLUNTEERS AND ANY OTHER AFFILIATED ENTITIES OR PERSONS FROM LIABILITY AS I HAVE KNOWINGLY ASSUMED ANY AND ALL RISK OF INJURY OR ILLNESS.
